MADISON, N.J. (9/10/08) - Junior Jenna Godwin (Kingwood, N.J.) and freshman Ashley DiRocco (Cranford, N.J.) scored second-half goals to lead the Kean University women's soccer team to a 2-1 victory over host Drew University in non-conference action on Wednesday afternoon. Trailing 1-0 at halftime, Godwin tied the game when heading in a pass from freshman Lauren Small (Hamilton, N.J.) in the 50th minute.

The Cougars (3-1) took the lead 10 minutes later when DiRocco netted the game-winner from five yards out after beating her defender.

Drew (2-1-2) took the lead in the opening half on a goal from junior Alyssa Goodman (Schenectady, N.Y.) in the 35th minute.

Kean returned to action on Saturday, September 13, when the Cougars hosted Manhattanville College in non-conference play at 7 p.m.
