Madison, N.J. (9/30/08) - The Kean University women's tennis team improved to 4-3 as they defeated host College of St. Elizabeth, 8-1, Tuesday afternoon. Sophomore Lisette LaForge (Roselle Park, N.J.) was victorious in both first singles (10-3) and first doubles (8-1) paired with sophomore Katherine Arauz (Newark, N.J.). Arauz was also 2-0 on the afternoon with a second singles victory (10-5).

In doubles action, Willmaria Miranda (Newark, N.J.) and Radhee Sheth (Springfield, N.J.) won at second doubles (8-4) while senior Andrea Grahlmann (Linden, N.J.) and junior Michelle Tofel (Union, N.J.) picked up the win at third doubles (8-1).
