LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. (3/16/09) - Junior midfielder Anthony Bertucci (Edison, N.J.) has been named the Skyline Conference Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week after recording nine points in a 2-1 week for the Cougars last week. Bertucci, who also added eight groundballs, netted at least two in all three games last week. He scored four goals and had two groundballs in Kean's 7-5 come-from-behind victory over Widener University, as he netted the first of four straight Kean goals to give the Cougars the lead for good in the second half.

He closed the week with two goals, an assist, six groundballs and three caused turnovers in the 14-5 win over Vassar College.

Earlier in the week, he opened with two goals in Kean's 14-9 loss to Stevens Institute of Technology.
