(09/09/09) - The Kean University tennis team opened up the 2009 season against New Jersey Athletic Conference favorite The College of New Jersey on Wednesday afternoon, as the Lions defeated the Cougars, 9-0, to open up NJAC play. The Lions (2-0, 1-0 NJAC), winners of all 27 NJAC titles in conference history, have now 127 consecutive NJAC matches, a streak that spans the entire history of the NJAC.
