Pitman, N.J. (10/4/09) - Senior Jared Chunn (Tinton Falls, N.J.) earns NJAC Offensive Player of the Week and D3football.com Team of the Week honors after his 210 yard performance on Friday evening.Chunn led the Cougars to a 28-7 NJAC victory over previously unbeaten TCNJ on Friday night. In the win, he rushed 22 times for a season-high 210 yards and two touchdowns (62 and 36 yards apiece). His 210-yard rushing performance marked the 10th highest single game total in program history, while representing the fourth time in his career that he has garnered 200 or more yards rushing in a game. The 2008 NJAC Offensive Player of the Year, he also added two receptions for 14 yards in the victory.
Chunn currently ranks second in the NJAC in rushing with an average of 84.5 yards per game.
