There is a time every semester when students’ eyes are glued to their computer screens as they gain a headache in the attempt to create the perfect schedule for the following semester. Then comes the frantic time of registering for classes, hoping that the perfected schedule can stay flawless as none of the ideal courses are filled to capacity yet. Relinquish some of the anxiety of course registration by registering early on when KeanWISE opens for registration.

Be on the way to earning an education by following these registration steps:

  • Log onto KeanWISE and then click the tab labeled "Students".
  • To research and then register for offered courses click “Register” and then "Search and register for sections".
  • In the term box select "Fall 2015" then continue down the page and fill out the subject, level, and any specific class meeting times, and then click “Submit”.
  • On the screen there should now be a list of courses that fit the criteria submitted. Explore the courses, see which ones are interesting and also fit into a schedule.
  • To register for a course, click the small box under “Select” to the left of the chosen course, then click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
  • The screen should now show all the courses chosen for registration, but the process is not over yet. Under the “Action” tab, either choose “Register” or “Remove from list” if the course is no longer desired, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Submit”.

It can be a struggle some mornings to drag oneself out of bed only to leave the house and go to class. Well, there are opportunities available to students to stay in the comfort of their homes while earning college credit. Online courses that are up for grabs in the fall consist of select health, sociology, history, and fine arts areas of studies.

Do not put fall registration at the end of the to-do list because it will only result in a high amount of anxiety and frustration. Register for the fall now so that the end of the spring semester and the entirety of summer can be enjoyable.
