The One-Stop Service Center may now be found in the Administration Building
Looking for the University One-Stop Service Center and Student Support Services? Well don’t worry because they did not go far.
The One-Stop Service Center, formerly located in the Center for Academic Success (CAS) building, has been relocated to the Office of the Registrar in the Administration Building on the first floor. The One-Stop Service Center aims to provide; a safe-haven for students to ask questions and receive guidance.
The purpose of One-Stop is to act as a surrogate to many offices that otherwise would be impossible to find or too busy to access. At One-Stop, a student can find everything they need and more, along with face-to-face help with a One-Stop employee. The One-Stop Service Center supplies a plethora of forms for the following issues:
- Change of major
- Change of address/or name
- Graduation applications
- Registration petition for credit overload and course time conflict
- Course work at another institution
- Grade re-calculations
- Pass/Fail audit request
- Social Security number correction
- NJ Residency petition
The new Student Support Services unit can also be found in the Office of the Registrar in the Administration Building on the first floor. The Student Support Services can respond to all graduation needs. It houses the undergraduate graduation evaluation, transfer evaluation services and graduate student services--formerly located on Kean University’s East Campus.
