Tuition for the 2016-2017 academic year was announced on Thursday, June 23, 2016. Students will see an increase of 2.5 percent in tuition for this coming academic year. Below is more information about tuition for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Undergraduate students who live in-state and will be attending Kean University part-time (under 12 credits) will pay $453.00 per credit (a 2.49% increase from last year’s tuition of $442.00 a credit) and students who live out of state would pay $664.00 per credit (a 2.63% increase from last year’s tuition of $647.00 a credit). 

Part-time graduate students who are residents of the state of New Jersey will pay $791.00 per credit (a 2.46% increase from last year’s tuition of $772.00). Part-time graduate students (under 9 credits) who are non-residents of New Jersey will pay $936.00 (a 2.52% increase from last year’s tuition of $913.00).

For students living on campus, the cost to live on campus has increased by 2.5% and the meal plan has increased by three percent.
