Ever thought about building a brand? How about learning marketing tips from industry experts? Well, students who answered yes to either or both of the aforementioned questions are in luck!

On Tuesday, October 18, 2016, the Kean University Alumni Association will host a Kean Connect Seminar titled Your Personal Brand: How to be Your Best Marketing Agent. The seminar will take place at Little Theatre in the Miron Student Center (MSC) from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

To continue its tradition of promoting alumni loyalty, involvement and support within the Kean community, the Alumni Association has invited four of its esteemed members to serve as panelists during the seminar.

The panelists for the seminar will be: Tyrin Hammie '07 '11 MBA, Vice President, Human Resources, Prudential; Craig Jackowski '92, Manager of Technology and Innovation, Verizon; Ed Tadych '04, Human Resources Director, MOL (America) Inc.; and Marina Townsend '97, Talent Acquisition, Viacom.

All four panelists are seasoned executives with human resource experience. During the seminar, each panelist will answer questions and share valuable tips for creating a successful branding strategy.

For those who cannot attend Your Personal Brand: How to be Your Best Marketing Agent, the seminar can also be viewed by live stream on https://www.youtube.com/user/KeanLive or on Periscope @keanalumni. Viewers can also live tweet @keanalumni on Twitter to submit questions to the panelists.

This a great opportunity for students to network with industry insiders while learning marketing strategies for building a distinct personal brand.

For more information on how to register for this seminar, visit the Kean University Alumni website or contact the Alumni Relations Office by calling 908-737-ALUM (2586) or emailing alumni@kean.edu.

The Alumni Association strongly encourages students to participate in this seminar, as evident by the message on its website, which reads, "Stop being invisible, move to the front, and claim the attention your education and expertise deserves!"
