With crisp air and contrasting hues of gold and rust in the leaves, it is safe to say autumn is well on its way.

Inspired by the progression of the season, Liberty Hall Museum (LHM) warmly invites everyone to its annual Pumpkin Patch Day on Saturday, October 29, 2016.

Participants can enjoy all LHM has to offer from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Spend the day with friends and family embracing autumn traditions. Pumpkin Patch Day will have a potpourri of activities, such as hayrides, crafts, pumpkin picking, carving and painting. Please note festivities involving pumpkins do have additional charges for the purchase of a pumpkin.

LHM has invited a vendor to the event, allowing attendees to purchase food throughout the day.

All this fun comes at a small price. Tickets for adults are $8, and children are $12 (children under 3 years old are free).

Pumpkin Patch Day is an outdoor event, so make sure to dress accordingly. If it rains on the originally scheduled date, the alternative day is Sunday, October, 30, 2016.

Reservations are not required, but are highly suggested as availability diminishes quickly. Interested individuals can purchase tickets online, call LHM at 908-527-0400 or email libertyhall@kean.edu.
