Kean University has plenty of eateries to offer to the community, so sometimes it is hard to remember what is available.

Below is a list of all the options available to the Kean community:

Smashburger: This burger, fries and milkshake fast-food restaurant chain came to campus in the fall of 2016 and is very popular with the student population on campus. It is located in the Miron student Center (MSC) atrium. Hours of operation:  Monday and Wednesday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Tuesday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Thursday 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.; Friday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Auntie Anne's: The popular soft-pretzel chain also came to campus in the fall of 2016 and offers students a variety of pretzels and nuggets. Along with Smashburger, Auntie Anne's is located in the atrium of MSC. Hours of operation: Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday 11 a.m to 3 p.m.

Outtakes Store: This is where students can buy almost anything from shampoo to pasta to Arizona Ice Tea. Grab a coffee or tea, take a seat at the seating area available and chat with friends or study. Students can also get breakfast items like a bagel or one of the various breakfast wraps. Not only that, but if a student would like to use one of the reusable coffee cups, Starbucks has numerous cups for purchase. Hours of operation: Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday through Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Sunday 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This is buffet style dinning hall, and there are set prices for all meals served throughout the day. But students have to eat what they grab at the dinning hall and cannot take the food out with them. Here are set prices for the following meals: breakfast is $5, lunch is $9.75 and dinner is $10.75.
