Graduate student and have a question? Stop by the Office of Student Support Services and find the answer!

Alexus Campbell

Students of Nathan Weiss Graduate School, check out these special services available.

The Office of Student Support Services is here to serve those in need! Located in the Administration Building, their office is within the Registrar's Office on the first floor.

The office is closed on weekends. Please keep in mind that during registration periods, the office participates in extended office hours.

Students should take advantage of the Office of Students Support Services as they are here to serve those with academic or non-academic concerns. As a whole, Kean's faculty would like to prepare students for the next step in their careers.

Some of the functions of the office are:

  • Filing for graduation
  • Filing for certification
  • Requesting a special letter
  • Confirmation letters
  • Repository of all student forms
  • Seeking advice on student issues

They do not limit themselves to the functions above. Students should not feel discouraged or overwhelmed over anything because Office of Student Support Services' door is open to anyone.

Kean graduate students will have the ability to stop by at any time as appointments are not necessary. The following days and times are open office hours:

Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For any confusion or concerns, students should immediately think of and/or address the Office of Student Support Services.

If students simply have a concern of which is not listed, students can go to the office or call 908-737-3290.
