Hungry at midnight? Grab a snack

Everyone tends to get hungry late at night. When that tummy starts to grumble, and one simply cannot take it anymore, what snacks shall one eat?

Below is a list of college friendly (healthy and non-healthy) snacks for when one is watching Netflix (or studying, but most likely watching Netflix) at 2 a.m.

Midnight drive snacks and meals:

1. Taco's from Taco Bell

2. McDonald's french fries

3. Wendy's frosty

4. Pizza

5. Insomnia Cookies (late night bakery in New York and Hoboken, N.J.)

6. Auntie Anne's

7. Combos from Wawa

8. Munchkins from Dunkin' Donuts

9. Taquitos from 7-11 

10. Sonic's milkshakes

11. Applebee's chicken wings

Walk to the fridge snacks and meals:

1. Yogurt with granola and honey

2. Favorite cereal

3. Avocado and toast 

4. Cheese omelette (calls for any choice of meat like hamand or vegetable like kale)

5. A pint of ice cream

6. Frozen grapes

7. Quesadilla (add ingredients like chicken or steak for a more satisfying meal) 

Walk to the pantry snacks and meals:

1. A bag of chips

2. A bag of popcorn

3. Poptarts

4. S'mores

5. Ramen Noodles

6 Crackers with cheese and salami

7. Cheese filled cracker sandwich's 

8. Honey, almond butter and strawberry sandwich 

9. Assorted nuts

10. Chocolate covered raisins 

Self-made snacks and meals:

1. Blueberry parfait pops

2. Chocolate, peanut butter and banana smoothie (Not a fan of chocolate? Replace it with honey.)

3. Banana and peanut butter pancakes (to add sweetness to the pancakes, add honey to the mix.)

4. Grilled cheese sandwich (could add anything one wishes, like bacon or tomatoes)

5. Speaking of bacon, a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich

6. Zucchini chips 

7. Kale chips

8. Frozen banana poppers

Eating is something many people love to do and no one likes to go hungry. So no matter what time of day it is, fuel that hunger with a tasty meal.
