The Center of Leadership and Service's (CLS) Involvement Center, located in the Miron Student Center (MSC), Room 303, will be hosting Eat N' Play: Black History Trivia event Tuesday, Feb. 5 from noon to 2 p.m. in the Cougar's Den.

The Involvement Center aims to provide students who are already enjoying their meal to gain more satisfaction through a variety of games and activities through this event.

From the comfort of one's seat, students will have the opportunity to compete in several rounds of interesting trivia questions against each other. The Involvement Center encourages students to get involved, as the game will be entertaining and informative.

Bria Williams, senior involvement specialist for Involvement Programming and Outreach, is in charge of creating events and finding ways to promote them.

"The idea for Eat N' Play came about while brainstorming ways students can easily get involved. What better way to do this than by offering fun activities to participate in while they eat? This connects to the first tier of involvement which is participation," said Williams.

Moreover, Williams mentioned this was the first year of events like Eat N' Play, along with some other events within involvement week.

"Since the Cougar's Den serves as a hub during lunch time, it made sense to host Eat N’ Play there and involve students to compete and become trivia champions," said Williams. "We also want students to come to the Involvement Center with more ideas for lunch time programming."

For students looking to expand their knowledge and challenge their minds, the Trivia Game show will serve as a fun, easy and memorable experience for those who participate.

If one is unable to attend this event, do not worry! The Involvement Center has future arrangements for this event from noon to 2 p.m. on the following dates:
