If Kean Cougars are looking for something to do on a Wednesday night from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m., then they are in luck. On Oct. 12, Kean P.U.L.S.E. Programming Board will be hosting a drive-in movie at the East Campus parking lot.

Kean P.U.L.S.E Programming Board is a student-led organization dedicated to bringing the student body together through events. Kean P.U.L.S.E. members create events for students to help ignite their school spirit and to boost community bonding.

The East Campus parking lot is located at the other side of Morris Avenue. With a large stretch of parking spaces, East Campus is the perfect location for a drive-in movie.

This event is perfect for watching a movie under the stars. Students are free to bring snacks, but they don't have to. In addition to a free movie, free food will be offered to them by the Kean P.U.L.S.E. staff.

Attendance will be recorded, so students should bring their Kean ID cards and event pass. While mask are optional, students should sanitize and stay home if they are sick to reduce the spread of germs.

Kean P.U.L.S.E. welcomes all students to watch Everything Everywhere All at Once. This movie, as described on Cougar Link, is a movie that “uniquely explores the idea of the multiverse using slapstick comedy and [is a] heartwarming family drama.”

Without giving too much away, Everything Everywhere All at Once is easily one of the most acclaimed movies released this year. Critics have praised it for it’s unique approach to storytelling and it’s predominantly Asian cast, a demographic that has not always been portrayed favorably in media.

Students have the opportunity to take advantage of watching this film for free. Interested students can contact Kean P.U.L.S.E. if they have any quesitons about the movie or event.

Be safe and have fun, Cougars!
