Two fraternities and two sororities are coming together to educate the students of Kean University on healthy relationships.

On Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at 7:30 p.m. in the Miron Student Center (MSC) Greek Lounge, the brothers and sisters of Lambda Sigma Upsilon, Sigma Theta Chi, Omega Sigma Psi and Chi Upsilon Sigma will be hosting “Let’s Talk Real Talk” which they will cover issues ranging from “no strings attached” to committed relationships.

A secretary of Lambda Sigma Upsilon, Jonathon Prins, said that the four organizations met in the Involvement Center and before they knew what had hit them, they had an event on their hands. This event will emphasize what it means to be in a healthy and functional relationship. Social cues, scenarios and what to do in certain situations will be covered throughout the discussion.

“The idea of understanding that not everyone thinks the same is necessary to be the best you can be,” said Prins, who hopes that Kean University students will learn new perspectives and take away important information from this event.

Come learn about relationships in today’s society!
