Liberty Hall Museum has put a spin on the classic spring activity

Amanda Petty

Liberty Hall Museum has taken the time-honored, traditionally kid-intended, spring activity of Easter egg hunting and reshaped it for an older crowd. Come participate in Liberty Hall Museum’s premiere of its first Adult Easter Egg Hunt on Friday, April 14, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The museum wanted an activity that brought back playful memories of childhood and recreate the fun. Attendees will search the grounds of Liberty Hall Museum high and low for those pastel plastic eggs filled with treats.

A reservation for the Adult Easter Egg Hunt is required. Those interested in attending should register by Friday, April 7, 2017. Tickets are available for purchase on the Liberty Hall Museum website. The cost to participate is $20 per person.

This will be a kid-free evening, one that will include candy and some adult refreshments. As the event will be outside at night, guests are asked to dress accordingly and bring flashlights to help find the eggs sprinkled around the property.

Liberty Hall Museum is keeping with the theme of springtime reminiscence and has invited the one and only Easter Bunny. After hunting for eggs, participants can pose with the furry holiday icon for a picture.

Questions? The museum can be reached at 908-527-0400 and libertyhall@kean.edu.

Liberty Hall Museum is across from Main Campus at 1003 Morris Avenue in Union.
