Join us for a night of fashion, music, giveaways, and more as we come together to raise money and awareness for the Children's Specialized Hospital! The Fashion Show hosted by the Silver Leadership Program takes place Wednesday, April 10, 2019 in the Miron Student Center Little Theatre beginning at 7:00 p.m. and ending at 10:00 p.m. Kean Students are $5, while Non-KU students are $7 and all proceeds go to the Children's Specialized Hospital.
From Tuesday March 12 to Friday March 15, Kean University students along with the Center for Leadership and Service traveled down to Asbury Park for the Alternative Spring Break program. Habitat works toward their vision by building strength, stability and self-reliance in partnership with families in need of decent and affordable housing.

On Friday, February 1, Kean University celebrated national Wear Red Day in order to bring awareness to women's heart health.
February is a time where people acknowledge the rich, unique and inspired history of the black community. As one of the most diverse public universities in the state, Kean has many different events and programs dedicated to celebrating Black History Month. The first of these events was the Black History Month Flag Raising Ceremony and Kickoff.
Kevin Preko, Dr. James Conyers, Caleb Lewis, and Assemblyman Jalen C. Holley kicked off Kean's Black History Month with a commemorative flag raising outside of the Miron Student Center.

The Kean University Spring 2019 Meet the Greeks will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. in Harwood Arena.
Dec. 10 is known by many as Human Rights Day, a day to honor the adoption of the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), put into action after the UN General Assembly in 1948. This day also marked the declaration’s 70th anniversary, an opportunity to reflect upon the continued importance of human rights activism around the world.
Last year we raised over $50,000 for the Children Specialized Hospital, and this year we're going to raise even more! They only way we can do that is to help lift others! #KDM #FTK
