Become More Involved On Campus

There are an abundance of ways to get involved on campus. Students can volunteer at different events, get an on-campus job, join an athletic team, or even join one of the many clubs and organization that Kean University has to offer. Some students may have trouble finding out where and when to join a group, or even what groups one can join, but there is no need to worry because on Monday, February 2, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. the center for leadership and service [CLS] is hosting the Student Group Expo, which will be held in the University Center [UC] Atrium.

The Student Group Expo is a great way for students to build an interest and learn more about the various clubs that reside on campus. With this event, students will also be able to join any clubs that one builds an interest to. The clubs that will be presented at the Student Group Expo are as follows:

  • American Sign Language Club
    Biotechnology Club
  • Filipinos Uniting Nations at Kean
  • Forensic Psychology Club
  • Industrial Designers Society of America
  • Italian Cultural Experience
  • Kean Dance Theatre
  • Kean Spanish Book Club
  • Kean University Gospel Choir
  • Pre-Law Society
  • Recreation Majors Club
  • Otaku Anime Society
  • Kean University Hillel

With the several clubs that will be at the Student Group Expo, students can easily get involved on campus. So come with an open-mind and sign up for a club, or clubs, that is of interest.
