The PSY (Psychology) Organization will host a murder mystery dinner on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will take place in the University Center (UC) 315 and food and drinks will be provided. “Students should come prepared for a treat. This is a night to come with their imagination, acting skills, and thinking caps. The food will be delicious, the revealing of the killer will be mind blowing, and the "wedding" reception will be lots of fun,” said Brittany Woods-Tuner, senior psychology major and secretary of the PSY Organization.
On the night of Friday, April 17, 2015, Greek Senate hosted the second annual Kean Dance Marathon (KDM). Last year, when the Leadership Institute hosted the event $12,518.10 was raised to help children receive the best care a child can receive at Children’s Specialized Hospital, located in Mountainside, New Jersey.
A night for the Kean community to encourage those living with cancer, celebrate survivors, and remember the ones who have gone too soon.

Year after year Kean University demonstrates that it is no stranger to community service. In fact, the university makes it a point to teach its students that it is not all about hitting the books while in college, but they also encourage students to volunteer.
Defeating cancer is no easy battle; it is an everyday fight that cannot be fought alone. With the efforts of Student Organization and Relay For Life, the Kean University cougars can help take the first steps in the fight to end cancer.
