Caleb Lopez is a Staff Writer who joined The Cougar's Byte in May 2017. Currently in his junior year, Caleb is a psychology major with intentions to go to medical school after completing his four years at Kean University. In the rare moments when he is not vigorously studying, Caleb loves to spend his time indulging in sports, music and food.
Kean University is home to many students who take part in the many organizations and clubs on campus. They participate in these groups to make differences in any way they can for things they care the most about. Frank Schupp is one of those students.
Winter is coming faster than you know it, yet there is still enough time to engage in a lot of fall activities. Much of the fall events are centered around Halloween. However, there are many more events that individuals can participate in before winter rolls in.
Student Organization and Funded Groups gathered together in Miron Student Center, room 228 for the Fuzzy Friends community service project on Friday, Oct. 27. This community service project was done in conjunction with Family Promise.
Season of Light, a planetarium program, looks to light up the Science Building during college hour starting Nov. 13. Students and faculty are encouraged to join the spectacular annual show organized by the School of Environmental and Sustainability Science.
Students who need to catch up on some courses to ensure that they graduate on time should be aware of how to register for the upcoming winter session. Registration for winter session opens on Oct. 31, the same date as spring semester registration.
